Texas' law banning most abortions is in effect now that the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to enjoin it. Does this mean the Court is likely to soon say there is no right to end a pregnancy? What are other states doing to limit the right that exists now? Why is the Texas law so difficult to challenge?
