Bostock & Statutory Interpretation Event
Join the Notre Dame Law ACS Student Chapter, the Federalist Society, and the LGBT Law Forum for as we welcome Professor William Eskridge of Yale Law School for a talk that will be facilitated by NDLS Professor Sam Bray. At this event Eskridge will discuss an influential amicus brief in the Supreme Court’s recent Title VII decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which he co-authored and answer student-submitted questions about the statutory interpretation methods employed in that decision.
