Bostock and Zarda: Predictions and Impact

Temple's ACS chapter will host a panel discussion with Professors David Cohen of Drexel and Lee Carpenter of Temple. Cohen and Carpenter will cover topics on the intersection of gender, gender identity/sexuality and constitutional law. They will chat about their predictions and the potential impact of the recent Supreme Court cases on LGBT discrimination and Title VII. The event will be co-sponsored with Temple Dems and moderated by Temple student Joey Galantuomo.
