Biting the Bullet: A Discourse on the Second Amendment, Bruen, and Modern Gun Policy

This Thursday, March 2 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in room 302 the American Constitution Society and Federalist Society are co-hosting an event titled, “Biting the Bullet: A Discourse on the 2nd Amendment, Bruen, and Modern Gun Policy.” The speakers are Clark Neily, Senior Vice President for Legal Studies at the Cato Institute and Adam Skaggs, Vice President of the Giffords Law Center. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Maxwell Stearns, Venable, Baetjer & Howard Professor of Law.
