This event features:
- Journalist, Maurice Chammah, author of the recently released, “Let the Lord Sort Them: The Rise and Fall of the Death Penalty." Maurice is a former Fulbright scholar and staff writer with The Marshall Project.
- Award-winnning investigative journalist, Liliana Segura, whose work has covered the death penalty and the Julius Jones case. She was named a 2019 Frederick Douglass 200 honoree (Abolitionist category), by the Frederick Douglass Family Initiatives and the Antiracist Research and Policy Center at American University.
