ACS Washington State: The Washington Supreme Court: Its Present and Future

Please join the ACS Seattle University School of Law Student Chapter and ACS Washington State Lawyer Chapter for a panel discussion about the Washington Supreme Court. The panelists will discuss the Court’s recent decisions, issues likely to come before it in the near future, and their experience in litigating civil rights and other constitutional cases before the Court. This discussion will forefront the importance of state sources of jurisprudence, as well as state courts’ simultaneous independence and interconnectedness with federal law and legal determination.
