ACS Washington State: October Case Discussion

Please join the ACS Washington State Lawyer Chapter for its regular interactive discussion group with other local progressive lawyers about cases of regional or national significance. This month we will be discussing the U.S. Supreme Court's decision last term in Glacier Northwest, Inc. v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local Union No. 174. This decision, involving local collective action here in the state, has the potential to weigh on future organizing as workers across the country seek better wages and working conditions.
