In light of the passing of SCOTUS Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, ACS has changed the focus of its annual Supreme Court Preview event to honor her legacy and reflect on her influence on the Court. This event will feature, Professor Mary Ann Chirba, Professor Kari Hong, Professor Kent Greenfield who will serve as the moderator, and Fr. Nathaniel Romano who will give their perspectives on Justice Ginsberg, and discuss three upcoming Supreme Court cases: Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, Texas v. California, and Jones v. Mississippi.
