ACS Puget Sound: April Case Discussion Group

This month's case will be John C. Eastman v. Bennie G. Thompson et al. This is a decision by US District Judge David O. Carter finding that any attorney-client privilege between John Eastman and Donald Trump was waived by the crime-fraud exception.
