ACS Presents: Reflections on Bostock

It is a rare occasion these days that progressives are able to celebrate a Supreme Court decision. Bostock v. Clayton County, the landmark case that recognized that Title VII's prohibition on employment discrimination "because of . . . sex" applies to discrimination because of sexual orientation or gender identity, was one of those decisions.

To reflect on the social movement behind the case, the Court's decision, and what the decision portends for both LGBTQ rights and the Court going forward, we are so pleased to be joined by Yale's very own William Eskridge and Penn's Amanda Shanor. We hope to see you there!
