ACS Phoenix Threats to Education: Arizona Schools Grapple with COVID-19 and COVID-19 Laws


Join the ACS Arizona Lawyer Chapter for a panel discussion addressing the litigation and policy issues around the challenges Covid-19 poses for Arizona's schools, as suits seeking to protect children and public health work their way through Arizona's courts. Joined by players in pending litigation and leaders in education, the panel will discuss Arizona's mask mandate ban, the problem of vanishing students, and the effects of the pandemic on students with disabilities.
