ACS New England School of Law: Ending life without parole with Joseph Irizarry

Mr. Irizarry will discuss his experience with the judicial system and then discuss a proposed statute that seeks to end life without parole while shedding some light on the implications and benefits this type of legislation could have on society, and prisoners individually.
