ACS Nebraska: Fall Brief—NE ICE Facility

The ACS Nebraska Lawyer Chapter invites you to join us for our 2025 Fall Brief! The Fall Brief will include a discussion by legal scholars from the Omaha and Lincoln Communities concerning the Nebraska Ice Facility. The topics of the discussion will include the implications of the facility and the changes in immigration law enforcement under the current federal executive administration and state executive administration.
