Abortion, school choice, redistricting, voting rights, religious liberty, separation of powers—these are just a few examples of the types of state constitutional claims Wisconsin judges are now deliberating. What does the Wisconsin Constitution have to say about these issues? What considerations will be front of mind for the jurists who decide them? How will these decisions impact other areas of Wisconsin law?
