ACS Arizona: Abortion on the Docket: the Restrictions, the Litigation, and What’s Next for Women’s Rights in America
This term, reproductive rights face their greatest threat in the nearly 50 years since Roe v. Wade became the law of the land. Join the ACS Arizona Lawyer Chapter for a panel discussion addressing the latest Texas, Mississippi, and Arizona restrictions; and the litigation challenging those restrictions. Joined by women's rights activists, advocates, and scholars, the panel will discuss the issues pending before the Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit, the reality for American women today, and what we can do to help.
