ACS 2024 National Convention

REFUNDS and CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to keep registration rates as low as possible for all attendees, ACS does not provide refunds for cancellations after March 31, 2024. The deadline to cancel your convention registration is March 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. ACS will reimburse all fees paid minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 31, 2024 date.

If you are no longer able to attend after the March 31st deadline, please email info@acslaw.org to have your event fee converted to a tax-deductible donation.

A NOTE ABOUT COVID-19: By attending the ACS Convention, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and further acknowledge that you understand and will follow all health and safety protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control, and the local health department, as implemented by ACS and the hotel. Failure to abide by all health and safety protocols implemented for the event is grounds for being asked to leave the event without a refund.
