A 2nd Amendment Debate

We will be participating in a debate with the Federalist Society chapter (moderated by the school's Public Discourse Initiative) about the current and future interpretation of the Second Amendment, and how that will shape corresponding gun policy. We will host Andy Goddard of the Virginia Center for Public Safety, while FedSoc is bringing in Alan Gura, the lawyer who argued the D.C. v. Heller case.
