303 Creative v. Elenis: Did the Supreme Court Get it Right?

The American Constitution Society is cohosting an event for Constitution Day to unpack the 303 Creative case from the recent Supreme Court term. ACS has recruited Justice David Lillehaug, a retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice and current Senior Counsel at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A to argue that the court got it wrong. Daniel Cragg will be representing the Federalist Society's view that the decision was an appropriate interpretation of the Constitution.
