2nd Amendment Debate on Gun Control

This event will be a co-sponsored debate between BYU Law's chapters of ACS and the Federalist Society. The speakers will be Shira Feldman, Senior Director of Constitutional Litigation at Brady United, and Amy Swearer, former Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. The debate will explore whether gun control measures function as legitimate regulations under the Second Amendment or whether they risk becoming oppressive restrictions on constitutional rights.
