2019 University of Idaho Constitution Day

On Constitution Day, September 17, University of Idaho ACS will host a multi-hour tabling and recruitment effort, featuring Constitutional trivia and email list sign-up (potentially for a prize drawing) at a table in the law school foyer. Later, at 3pm, the professors at the University of Idaho will present information about the latest Supreme Court decisions (from Spring 2019) and their impact on our country. One professor will also discuss a particularly important Idaho Supreme Court case, State v. Clark, and its impact on how police may handle domestic violence calls.
