2019 MLK Luncheon

This is a joint event in honor of MLK Day with ACLU, Black Law Students Association, Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Ole Miss Black Student Union. Jody Owens, Executive Director of the Southern Poverty Law Center, will be speaking about his experiences and work with the SPLC. He will tie his work in with a discussion of the significance of Dr. King’s messages of love and togetherness and how they have manifested and continued to be perpetuated in the public interest work of the SPLC.
