Schuette: The Decision and Its Aftermath


In a 6-2 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld Michigan's affirmative action ban in Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action. Civil rights leader and former ACS Board Member Theodore Shaw joined us to discuss the decision and its potential impact.
