ACS Board member Melissa Murray, ACS Board of Academic Advisors member Leah Litman and ACS Faculty Advisor at Cardozo School of Law Kate Shaw introduced "Strict Scrutiny," a new podcast about the Supreme Court and the legal culture that surrounds it. Murray also spoke on NBC about what to look for as the Supreme Court rules on new cases and is quoted in GQ discussing Supreme Court reform.

ACS Board of Academic Advisors member Leah Litman wrote a piece for Slate arguing that Neil Gorsuch is no friend to criminal defendants. She also wrote a piece for NBC News about the Supreme Court's Curtis Flowers decision. She and ACS Board of Academic Advisors member Steve Vladeck wrote a piece for the Washington Post about preserving the political order of the Supreme Court.

ACS Next Generation Leader Rosann Mariappuram accepted a position as the new Executive Director of Jane’s Due Process.

ACS member Josh Galper is quoted in Law.com about a reading of the Mueller report.

ACS member Frank Housh was named an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Buffalo School of Law and will be teaching “Legislative Redistricting” this fall.
