University of Utah: Flock Cameras, Near-Perfect Enforcement, and the Fourth Amendment

We will be discussing the Chatrie v. United States with Professor Tokson. 

Not only is this an incredibly important and relevent topic, but we will get to hear from a top 4th amendment scholar whose article, "Knowledge and Fourth Amendment Privacy," was discussed at oral argument in the seminal Supreme Court case Carpenter v. United States.
