Join us for an in-depth analysis of recent Supreme Court decisions from the past and current October term.

The Federalist Society welcomes William (Bill) Sack, Senior Director of Legal Operations at the Second Amendment Foundation, who will discuss Wolford v. Lopez and United States v. Hemani, highlighting their significance in relation to two upcoming Second Amendment cases to be argued before the Court on December 2nd.

The American Constitution Society proudly presents Dennis Whitaker, an experienced appellate attorney and Of Counsel at HMS Legal. With over 30 years of public service and litigation experience, Mr. Whitaker will share his expertise on appellate advocacy, constitutional issues, and the courts’ role in shaping legal precedent.
