Join the ACS Georgetown Law Student Chapter for a panel discussion featuring David Wasserman of The Cook Political Report, David Fox of Elias Law Group, Ben Phillips of Campaign Legal Center, and Carrie Levine of Votebeat. The focus will be on how our first-past-the-post, district-style voting has historically shaped, and continues to shape, our elections; how actors have used this system to their own, perhaps, ill-begotten gain, i.e., gerrymandering; how things might play out in this year’s midterms; and which districts and elections we should be watching closely on Election Night 2026.
