The Honorable Ana De Alba serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She previously served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California from 2022 to 2023.

Judge De Alba graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002, and from University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2007.
