ACS Drexel Presents: Voting Rights in 2026 - A Panel & Reception

Join the Drexel Kline ACS chapter for a panel followed by a reception on Thursday, 10/8, from 6-8 p.m. at the Kline Institute of Trial Advocacy (1200 Chestnut St) that is open to members of all the Philadelphia-area chapters of the American Constitution Society. The panelists will speak on the current state and trends in election and voting laws, such as the recent SCOTUS decision in Louisiana v. Callais, the SAVE Act in Congress, and what we should expect as far as challenges raised regarding election integrity for the upcoming midterm and presidential elections.

Current Panelists include: Montgomery County Commissioner Neil Makhija, Bucks County Judge Jordan Yeager, former Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and current Chief Executive of Athena Strategies LLC, Kathy Boockvar.
