Hannan Abubaker

Digital Marketing Associate

Hannan joined the American Constitution Society in June 2026 and serves as Digital Marketing Associate, bringing a multidisciplinary background in communications, digital strategy, and nonprofit operations to the team.

Before joining ACS, Hannan worked across nonprofit and freelance environments at the intersection of communications, operations, and high-profile event management. Her events portfolio includes large-scale productions in professional sports including NFL and professional tennis, where she managed VIP logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement under the demands of live, fast-moving environments. On the digital side, Hannan has built expertise in Salesforce CRM and NPSP administration, Fonteva membership management, Pardot marketing automation, and third-party app integrations, managing everything from donor data hygiene and list segmentation to automated email campaigns, engagement studio flows, and cross-platform sync between marketing and development systems. Her approach to digital communications is rooted in data, working extensively with email performance metrics, UTM tracking, and campaign analytics to ensure outreach is always informed by results.

Hannan's policy background is anchored in juvenile justice, corrections, and reentry reform. She has worked directly within the prison ecosystem, supporting programming and advocacy for justice-involved youth at the intersection of education and rehabilitation. Her work in recidivism reduction and reentry policy extends both nationally and internationally, with project experience spanning Africa and the Middle East. She has also contributed to electoral campaigns and voting rights spaces where communications and organizing intersect. Hannan holds a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy Administration from Towson University and is currently pursuing certifications in Advanced Data Analytics and Data Visualization.

Outside of her professional work, Hannan volunteers in youth disability rights advocacy and supports community arts initiatives across the DMV. In her personal time she is a dedicated follower of fashion, an avid NPR podcast listener, and someone who takes her cooking and eating seriously. She is also a firm believer in the restorative power of a hot girl walk.
