Lupita Colon

Assistant Director of Strategic Engagement

Lupita joined ACS in April 2026 and serves as the Assistant Director of Strategic Engagement. In this role, she works with members on clerkships, judicial internships, pipeline development, and job opportunities.

Prior to joining ACS, Lupita served as the Assistant Director of Judicial Clerkships and Public Interest at Northeastern University School of Law, where she focused on judicial and public interest opportunities for law students. Previously, she was a juvenile defense attorney with Suffolk Lawyers for Justice and completed a clerkship with the Massachusetts Juvenile Courts.

Lupita received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and B.A. in Latin American Studies from Fordham University.
