Washington University School of Law, Saint Louis, MO

The American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Labor & Employment Law Society (LELS) will host a conversation with Professor Pauline Kim on recent developments in employment discrimination law under the Trump administration.

Professor Kim, a leading scholar in employment and labor law, will discuss changes that have occurred in this area, how those shifts affect the broader legal landscape, strategies for successfully bringing employment discrimination claims in the current environment, and what future reforms may be necessary to meaningfully address workplace discrimination.
