Book Talk with Jim Harrington - The Texas Civil Rights Project

Please join ACS at UHLC in collaboration with the Public Interest Law Organization for this exciting opportunity to hear from one of the greats of Texas Civil Rights, Jim Harrington. Mr. Harrington will be speaking on his new memoir, "The Texas Civil Rights Project: How We Built A Social Justice Movement." Mr. Harrington is the founder of the Texas Civil Rights Project, and is known for his decades of fighting for social justice. He fought for workers' right alongside Cesar Chavez, has taken on the Texas Supreme Court, and has worked on cases involving a variety of civil justice issues.
