ACS / LLSA at UCLA District Judge Hernán Vera Q&A Lunch Event

American Constitution Society at UCLA (ACS) and Latine Law Student Association at UCLA (LLSA) are excited to host U.S. District Judge Hernán D. Vera for a Q&A event on Wednesday, October 15th, 12:15pm-1:15pm in Room 1457. He is a UCLA Law alum who has served on the federal bench in downtown Los Angeles since 2023. Prior to his federal service, he worked as a LA County Superior Court judge, as CEO of Public Counsel, in big law, and more. About half of the time will be a Q&A between the Judge and yours truly (I externed for him this summer!), while the other half will be an open Q&A with the audience.
