The First Amendment and Immigration

Two esteemed Belmont professors, David Hudson and Maximiliano Gluzman, will be presenting a joint lecture on First Amendment law and Immigration. The two professors recently published an article on the topic, and so they will discuss that with our chapter as well as recent changes and developments. Topics may include policy surrounding student visas and so-called anti-Americanism, speech which encourages unlawful immigration, pure expression as grounds of inadmissibility, and so forth. Food will be provided. All are welcome.
