Transgender Healthcare Bans at SCOTUS: United States v. Skrmetti - listening session

This term the Supreme Court will hear arguments regarding whether a state which bans certain healthcare for transgender youth, but allows that same healthcare for cisgender youth, violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. This panel will feature scholars and practicing attorneys to discuss how the case got to this point, what is at stake with this decision, what are the issues in the case, and how it fits into the Supreme Court's jurisprudence.
