First General Body Meeting

Join us Monday, September 17th at 12:30pm in room 2006 where we will serve pizza. The meeting should take about 30 minutes. We will discuss our mission as a group in general and on campus, our plans for the next two semesters, explain the 1L rep positions, and more. 

Future Events and T-Shirts:

Many of you have reached out to me about the upcoming conference in Texas during the end of September. We are working hard to try and get funding from the SBA to help subsidize the cost for a large group of us to attend a conference together. ACS offers many conferences throughout the year, and our first instinct was to attend one over a break or the summer so that we do not have to take time out of focusing on classes before finals. We will discuss going to Texas and all potential conferences. Some of our members attended a conference in DC over summer, and you will hear about their experience at the meeting.

Lastly, if you are interested in purchasing our chapter t-shirt, please reply back to this email with your size preference. The cost will be between $17-$25, depending on how many shirts we order, based on interest. It's a bit hard to see in the picture below, but the shirt says "We the People Legislate from the Bench" and if you zoom in, the Founding Fathers and Supreme Court Justices are all together in the same room
