"Miranda in 2018" A Debate with Professors Paul Cassell and Amos Guiora

Professors Amos Guiora and Paul Cassell will come together over lunch on Thursday the 8th to debate the role of Miranda v. Arizona in 2018. Looking at empirical research as to the effects of one of the most controversial criminal cases in U.S history, professors will debate the value of the Miranda rights almost 50 years later. Box Lunch will be provided.
