Transitions of Power

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/j89324464796

Do you have the Electoral Blues? Are proto-fascist domestic terrorist cells making you somewhat anxious? Do you find yourself worrying about the existential threats that are menacing our democracy? Then we have the event for you!

The ACS Denver Sturm, Colorado Boulder, and Wyoming Law Student Chapters are proud to host a panel to discuss on the legal and sociological aspects of what an administrative transfer of power would look like in our current nightmarescape. Additionally, we will explore tactics that may be be used to contest the election and how other countries have been impacted by transitions of power.

Featuring:

Professor Alan Chen, Sturm College of Law

Professor Tom Ginsburg, University of Chicago Law School

Professor Aziz Huq, University of Chicago Law School
