Burden of Proof: A Town Hall on Sexual Assault & The Law

Join the UB Law Chapters of ACS, BLSA, LALSA, OutLaw, as well as Women of Buffalo Law and SBA as we host a town hall discussion regarding the recent Supreme Court hearings and confirmation and its affect on the larger issue of sexual assault in the United States. Our distinguished Professors of Law, Christine Bartholomew, Louis Chiesa, Judith Olin, Matthew Steilen, and Vice Dean Bernadette Gargano will have an in-depth conversation about sexual assault and how it is not often addressed by our legal system, they will speak from their experiences as well as discuss possible actions to move forward.
