Is One Person, One Vote a Reality in the U.S.?

Join the Boston College Law School Black Law Students Association and Boston College ACS Student Chapter for a discussion with Sophia Hall of Lawyers for Civil Rights. The discussion will include the Lowell case; the recent emergency lawsuit filed against Secretary Galvin about sending out vote-by-mail applications timely; a recent demand letter regarding the failure of the Commonwealth to send out election materials in Lowell as required by the Voting Rights Act; and the inequities that we are seeing related to municipal drop boxes, and race and voter suppression.
