ACS San Diego: Know Your Rights & Legal Resources: Protestor Rights & Police Practices


Join the ACS San Diego Lawyer Chapter, the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, the Iranian American Bar Association, and the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego in an informative “Know Your Rights” program focused on protestor rights and police practices. This program will be a panel discussion featuring speakers from the American Civil Liberties Union, the National Lawyers Guild, and Community Advocate for Just and Moral Governance who will discuss relevant topics concerning questioning asked by law enforcement officers, answering questions by law enforcement officers, overall issues surrounding compliance with law enforcement officers’ requests, and much more. You have rights and there are limitations on action by law enforcement. Please register for this event to learn what those rights and limitations are.
