What's Next?: Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt

On Tuesday, June 28, 2016, the American Constitution Society hosted a briefing call on the Supreme Court's decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt. Case Western Reserve University School of Law Associate Dean B. Jessie Hill and the Center for Reproductive Rights' Rupali Sharma examined the Court's ruling and the impact it will have on future abortion restrictions. They also discussed how this case will affect women, families, and access to abortion in the future.
