What's Next: King v. Burwell

On June 25, 2015, ACS hosted a breifing call to hear from two leading legal voices on the outcome of King v. Burwell. The U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in King v. Burwell on June 25, deciding that government subsidies that make health insurance affordable for millions of Americans should be available to all. The call featured Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law, Raymond Pryke Professor of First Amendment Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and author of The Case Against the Supreme Court, as well as Elizabeth Taylor, Executive Director, National Health Law Program.
