The President’s Executive Action on Immigration Conference Call

On Tuesday, December 2, 2014 ACS hosted  a conference call on the President’s executive action on immigration. The call featured Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of the School of Law and Raymond Pryke Professor of First Amendment Law at University of California - Irvine, and Clarissa Martínez-De-Castro, Deputy Vice President, Office of Research, Advocacy, and Legislation at the National Council of La Raza. The discussion focused on the details of the President’s announcement and whether or not he has the constitutional authority to take action.
