Dissecting the NSA Review Group Report

Just weeks ago, an elite five-person Review Group appointed by the President issued a highly anticipated report, “Liberty and Security in a Changing World.” The report, a 300-page compilation of 46 separate recommendations, calls for major reforms to the recently exposed and hotly debated National Security Administration’s surveillance and data mining program.
