ACS Conference Call: The Garland Nomination

On Monday, March 28, 2016, the American Constitution Society hosted a conference call with Richard W. Painter, Associate Counsel to President George W. Bush, and Michael J. Gottlieb, former Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and Associate White House Counsel who helped shepherd the nominations of Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, to discuss Merrick Garland's nomination to the Supreme Court.
