Immigration Reform Discussion

Wednesday, January 16, 2013 - 12:50pm - 1:50pm
William & Mary Law School Rm 133

The presidential election may have provided enough momentum to achieve meaningful immigration reform this year. Come discuss the state of immigration law now, what needs to change, and what likely will change with Mr. Arthur Serratelli ("Immigration Art"), chair of the immigration practice group at Vandeventer Black LLP on Wednesday, January 16th, in Room 133 at 12:50PM.

Mr. Serratelli runs a nation-wide immigration law practice that concentrates on helping international students acquire work visas. He speaks to student groups around the country on a regular basis and is a passionate and engaging speaker.

His talk will focus on:
- What is the state of immigration law today?
- What reforms are needed in the system?
- What will be the impact of the reforms being discussed now?

Lunch will be served.
