Zachary Gima joined ACS in February 2012 and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Engagement. In this capacity, he helps members leverage the ACS network into career development. He also works with student and lawyer chapter leaders to obtain judicial clerkships, manages ACS’s Next Generation Leaders program and organizes policy calls for ACS members to stay informed about developments in the legal landscape.
Before joining ACS, Zack worked as a Legal Fellow for Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) where he worked on judicial nominations, immigration policy, and criminal justice issues. Zack has previously held positions with the Delaware Democratic Party, American Association for Justice, and Public Citizen.
Zack graduated from Tulane University with Bachelors of Arts in political science and in psychology in 2005 and from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2008. While in law school, he served on the staff of the Temple Law Review. He is currently the Chair of the Temple Law Alumni Association, D.C. Chapter, and serves on the Board of Directors of Zete Kids, an organization that helps undergraduate students execute service events and fundraisers that promote the education, health, and general welfare of children and children’s organizations.
