Katherine Shek joined ACS in July 2017 as the director of digital strategy. Katherine plans and executes digital strategies to connect ACS content and messages with online users and mobilize engagement among ACS networks.
Before joining ACS, Katherine led the expansion of digital engagement and grassroots campaigns for the National School Boards Action Center. She was a journalist for more than 10 years covering public policy in federal, state and local governments.
Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from George Mason University in Virginia. She is a volunteer board member for the Domestic Violence Resource Project. Katherine enjoys running, watching horror movies and trying new food.
