In Conversation with Mary Beth Tinker: 50 Years of Youth Led Protest


Join the American Constitution Society of the Washington College of Law and the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project for a conversation with Mary Beth Tinker, a free speech advocate best known for her role in Tinker v. Des Moines, about the evolution of student led protest and the importance of these rights. This event will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the landmark decision, as well as the 20th anniversary of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
